Sales & Returns Policy

What we sell: vintage eyewear. Single pieces, decades old, sourced individually. When one sells, there is no second one.

The policy in one line: every sale is final — no returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. What is covered is damage in transit, insurance claims, and any piece that arrives materially different from its listing.

All sales are final. No returns. No exchanges. No refunds. No cancellations once your order is placed. Every frame here is one of a kind. We can't restock it, and we can't hold it off the market during a return window while another buyer waits.

What you see before you buy. Photos of the actual frame, never a stock image. Measurements: lens width, bridge, temple length, total width. Condition graded in plain language, flaws included: scratches, wear, plating loss, replaced parts. Provenance where we have it. What we still stand behind. Final sale covers you changing your mind. It doesn't cover us making a mistake. If your package doesn't arrive, we file the carrier claim and make it right. If we shipped the wrong frame, we fix it at our cost both directions. If the frame arrives materially different from the listing photos and condition description, we make it right. That isn't a return policy, that's us being accountable for what we put in the box. Damage in transit: tell us within 48 hours of delivery and keep the packaging, we can't file a carrier claim without it.

Shipping. Every order ships tracked, insured, signature required. No exceptions, no matter the price.

Fit. Vintage frames are not modern sizes. Measurements are listed on every piece, compare them to a pair you already own before you buy. Fit is not a defect, and a frame that doesn't suit you is not a return. Any optician can adjust temples and nose pads and we're happy to point you to one.
